  • Assessor may check the adequacy of supplies through records & observe the adherence and practice of using PPE.

  • ME F3.1: The facility ensures adequate availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all relevant service points.

  • ME F3.2: Facility staff demonstrate correct usage and adherence to PPE protocols during clinical procedures and handling of hazardous waste.

    (Focuses on verifying that healthcare workers properly don and doff PPE according to risk exposure levels, wear gloves during blood sampling or invasive procedures, and wear protective gear during cleaning and waste handling).
