    (Focuses on maintaining training records, induction trainings, refresher courses, and capacity-building programs for all staff categories).

  • ME C2.4: The facility maintains staff discipline, roster compliance, and performance monitoring mechanisms.

    (Focuses on duty rosters, attendance records, adherence to uniform/dress code, on-job supportive supervision, and performance appraisals).
