Standard G3: The facility has established, documented, implemented and updated Standard Operating Procedures (sops) for all key processes and support

• The standard is concerned with availability and adequacy of work instructions (WI) with the respective process owners viz. CHO, MPW, ANM etc. Display of critical work instructions and clinical protocols should be observed in HWC (SC).

• ME G3.1: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and clinical protocols are available for key service delivery processes.

  (Focuses on ensuring documented SOPs, clinical treatment guidelines, and referral protocols are accessible at point-of-care locations).

• ME G3.2: Facility staff demonstrate compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures and clinical protocols.

  (Focuses on verifying that healthcare providers, MLHPs/CHOs, and support staff actually adhere to written protocols during daily patient management and administrative duties).

• ME G3.3: Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines are periodically reviewed and updated.

  (Focuses on establishing regular review cycles to update SOPs in alignment with updated national health guidelines, new programs, or state-level directives).
