  • also deals with Physical safety of the infrastructure and includes general condition of infrastructure, electrical safety, fire safety and seismic safety etc. It includes providing safe, secure and comfortable environment to patients as well service providers in terms of illumination, temperature control and crowd management.

  • check their provision as well - like population enumeration and empanelment, provision of telemedicine services etc requires an ICT setup within the facility eg tablet/laptops, internet connectivity, portals etc.
